12 Guidelines to Better Health
1. Enjoy fresh air
2. Drink a minimum of eight glasses of water daily.
3. Eat wholesome, unrefined, plant-based food.
4. Exercise daily – 30 to 60 minutes.
5. Get adequate sleep and rest-seven to nine hours daily.
6. Get modest sunshine-minumum of 30 minutes per day.
7. Avoid alcohol and other drugs.
8. Observe the rules of cleanliness and good hygiene.
9. Maintain a positive attitude.
10. Cherish good relationships.
11. Wear appropriate clothing for temperature, circulation, and movement.
12. Trust in God’s Power.
